We believe account based marketing and inbound lead generation strategies are some of the most important marketing strategies companies execute when trying to grow the business. We are looking for a marketer with 5 years of marketing content experience, and preferably in account based marketing or growth marketing eager to be an integral part of inbound marketing at a fast-paced tech company.

In this role, you will be a part of the marketing team, responsible for managing the strategy and content through our inbound marketing software and CRM, HubSpot. You must be comfortable using and editing marketing content and strategy based on data analytics in order to upsell and cross-sell within accounts. This includes managing the target accounts with data analytics and working closely with sales. You will also work closely with the marketing director, sales directors and content manager. Alegion is instrumental in helping some of the world’s largest companies execute on their AI project. Your target audience would be Fortune 500 companies.

Currently Alegion is offering a hybrid Work-From-Home model for Austin employees. If you live in another city, a fully remote opportunity is available. We will work with you to determine what works best for you!

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

  • Create, manage and own the content and strategy executed in sales development campaigns, support marketing processes and sales alignment to expand accounts
  • Managing marketing strategy to increase revenue growth and life-time value of deals and accounts
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to drive campaign execution and operations through our inbound marketing software, HubSpot
  • Work with content marketing manager and brand manager to develop professional creative assets used in campaigns
  • Be a HubSpot power-user for the marketing team, bringing the best practices you have developed in your career to our marketing team
  • Become a subject matter expert on target accounts, working with sales and customer success to understand and answer the needs of the accounts
  • Plan distribution, working with brand creative and marketing leaders
  • Find ways to repurpose content across accounts and develop vertical specific campaigns
  • Management of data and analysis including segmentation analysis, list management and lead processes in HubSpot

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 5 years experience in marketing or advertising
  • Experience in account-based marketing, growth marketing or lead generation marketing
  • Strong writing skills a must
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Comfortable working in a technical, B2B domain
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Self-starter, with attention to detail and a passion for building and driving change
  • Experience executing a multi-channel lead nurturing strategy a plus
  • Experience in a start-up / tech environment a plus
